All sales final. We do not accept returns on any products. 

We will provide refunds for any merchandise that is returned or arrives damaged within 14 days of purchase.

We ship through USPS and the automated rates. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Click the Book Now button on our main page or the navigation bar. If you do not see an open time slot you can attend, please fill out the contact from and request another time or select the last available time slot on a day you can attend and request the time you can attend in the notes section. You will receive a message from us to your email to confirm or pick a new time for you. A nonrefundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. These are used to hold your spot.

Prom, Homecoming, and Bridal Party fittings typically take 15 - 30 minutes. Bridal fittings typically take 30 minutes - 1 hour.

We try to keep a 2 week turnaround time. Depending on the season, this may vary. We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as you get your dress. We prefer at least 1 month before your event. Any alterations needed before 2 weeks will be subject to a $50 rush fee.

Every dress is unique and requires different levels of altering. At your consultation we will determine your needs. Quotes are upon request. Please bring the shoes and undergarments you will be wearing with your gown for your fitting.
